if both are approved then requested you to please check the following points from your end.
- Copy paste the template which is approved on DLT portal to the notepad to avoid double space.
- Put the template name & template id as per the DLT portal.
- Put the sender id with the Proper Principal Entity Id.
- If all the mentioned is proper from your end and still the problem is not solved then requested you to please provide a screenshot of the Template approved on DLT portal , Sender id with proper Entity Id on
